how do you get those animated images that appear instead of words on msn?

some of my friends words appear has animated images instead of words on msn. so say that they put the word bye in an image of a penguin would appear i know how to add it from someone elses conversation but just wondering if there is awebsite i can download them from

1. well when u see someone use it u just simply right click it and click add and it tells u to write da word dat u want to match da picture u added.
2. You shouldnt download them. It can be risky. I know people that have done it and whenever they try to type something in msn, it sends, but then a 2nd later some thing sends another thing saying "get your emoticons at blah blah blah" realllll anoyying
